SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. We offer shipping to a wide variety of countries

  • We offer FREE shipping in Spain and Portugal for any order.
  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over 50€ to any other country.

 

If you do not meet the minimum purchase for free shipping, shipping prices vary depending on the destination country and are automatically calculated at checkout to provide fair and affordable shipping prices for our customers.

2. Delivery times

  • Spain and Portugal: 24/48 hours (Islands 48/72 hours)
  • Europe: 2/4 days (Latvia, Lithuania and Romania 3/5 days)
  • USA: 3/6 days
  • Other countries: 5/7 days

 

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unpredictable factors. They are in business days and start counting once your order has been shipped. It is important that you review your shipping address and ensure it is complete and correct before placing your order to ensure prompt and smooth delivery.

3. Shipping

If you make your order before 10 a.m. (CET), your order will be shipped in the same day. 

If you make your order after 10 a.m. (CET), your order will be shipped the following working day. 

4. Modify order

If you needed to modify your order, you should contact with us by email store@ozarpure.com 

Please, indicate the follow information: 

  • Subject: Modify my order 
  • Message: Indicate your name, surname, order number and the modifications that you wish change. 

Unfortunately, orders placed before 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day and we cannot modify it. 

5. Tracking order

You will be able to track your order in any time since we confirm to you your order. 

Once you order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a link in which you can find your tracking number and the selected carrier website after processing your order. 

If you want receive your tracking number by SMS, you have to add your telephone number in the section that will be indicated to you after you have placed your order. 

6. Deliveries

The order will be shipped to the destination address registered by the customer. 

The carrier will contact the customer to reschedule a new delivery, if you aren´t at home. If no contact can be made, the customer will receive a message to pick up their order at the nearest delivery point to their address. 

Once the package has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Ozarpure cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss. 

7. Rejection of orders

In the event that the package isn´t claimed or is refused by the customer for any reason within 2 delivery attempts and the relevant contact cannot be established with the customer, the corresponding carrier will return the package to Ozarpure. 

Consequently, all costs incurred will be deducted from your final reimbursement due to your refusal. 

8. Orders outside the European Union

The custom charges of each country could be modified by the country. Ozarpure is not responsible of any custom charge or local tax due to international shipping. 

Please inform yourself about the regulations in your country, as it may be necessary to pay these fees in order to release your order. 

9. UK

Due to current post-Brexit legislation, we only accept orders over £135 to the UK.
